How We Use Information

• To verify the phone number used for Launch List enrollment.
• To maintain priority access status and prevent duplicate enrollment.
• To send approved launch updates and access information through WhatsApp.
• To provide support, protect the pre-launch website, and prevent misuse.

WhatsApp Consent

Launch updates are sent only when the required WhatsApp consent has been provided. You may ask us to stop future campaign messages or remove your Launch List information.

Service Providers

MENACE ARENA may share limited information with providers needed to operate the pre-launch website and communications, including Meta/WhatsApp, hosting, security, and infrastructure providers. We do not sell personal data to advertisers.

Website Analytics

The public website, including invited reviewer sessions, uses Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to measure page traffic, Launch List progress, heatmaps, and public-site usability without intentionally sending names, phone numbers, verification codes, or private access tokens. Sensitive Launch List content is explicitly masked from recordings. Analytics storage is enabled on public pages, while advertising storage remains disabled.

Protection And Retention

We use reasonable safeguards and limit access to operational need. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the Launch List, consent records, security, support, legal obligations, and fraud prevention.
